Evil Overlord Rules, Part 1

Over the past two weeks I've been posting the Evil Overlord Rules memes as I pull together my legion for the Axis of Wickedly Evil (AWE). Ironically, most of these rules also apply to plot flaws that a writer should not include in his/her novels.
