It's Official!! Rotter Apocalypse Is Now Available for Kindle and as a Trade Paperback

Rotter Apocalypse, the sequel to Rotter World and Rotter Nation, is now available for Kindle or as a trade paperback!!

For those of you anxious to know whether Robson, Natalie, and the others survive the zombie apocalypse, the wait is over!!!

The zombie apocalypse is about to reach its inevitable conclusion, but not before it unleashes a few more nightmares on Natalie Barzagan, Mike Robson, and Windows.

After breaking away from the rest of the group, Natalie and her Angels succeeded in getting the vaccine to the government-in-exile in San Francisco where Natalie joins the military effort to clear the West Coast of the living dead.

Robson destroyed the rape camp that had kidnapped Windows, but not until after she had escaped. Along with the remaining vampires and a band of camp stragglers, he sets off to build a new compound.

Windows and the ten-year-old girl she rescued from the camp are taken in by a kindly widower who gives them the opportunity to start over and heal their wounds, emotional and physical.

Just as Natalie, Robson, and Windows are settling into their new lives, each will be confronted with a final life or death decision that will decide their fates.

You can read an excerpt from Rotter Apocalypse here.

As part of the official launch of the novel, from 30 October to 3 November the Kindle version of Rotter Nation will be available for FREE on Amazon!!! So for anyone who missed the second book in the saga, here is your chance to get caught up.

In the next few weeks I'll be running a Goodreads giveaway of ten autographed copies of Rotter Apocalypse.

Good luck for those of you who enter the giveaway. For those who read Rotter Apocalypse, please do a struggling writer a favor and post a review on Amazon. Thanks and enjoy.

Just a Reminder: Rotter Apocalypse, Apocalypse Nana Radio, and Spooky Empire All in One Week

I wanted to remind everyone that Rotter Apocalypse, the final book in the Rotter World trilogy, is being released this Thursday, 30 October. The Kindle version is available for pre-order here. I will also be announcing a Goodreads giveaway of Rotter Apocalypse to accompany its release.

Also on Thursday night, I'll be making a return appearance on the Apocalypse Nana Online Radio show to discuss one of the most popular conspiracy theories of all time -- whether the United States actually landed astronauts on the moon in 1969.

Then, from this Friday until Sunday, 30 October to 1 November, I'll be at Spooky Empire in Orlando. This is going to be a kick-ass event this year with special writer appearances by authors such as Zac Brewer, Roger Ma, Scott Kenemore, Mitch Hyman, and many more as well as media guests including George Romero, Malcolm McDowell, and Tony Todd. For anyone who will be there and wants to say hello, my panel and book signing schedule is here.

And, as promised, next week I plan on making the announcement about the special news I hinted at earlier this week. The next seven days are going to be busy, so be sure to check in frequently so you don't miss anything.

Apocalypse Monday

Since Saturday marks the 77th anniversary of Orson Wells' infamous War of the Worlds radio show, I thought today I would end the world with an alien invasion. And, of course, I somehow included my favorite landmark to destroy into the mix.

I'll Be Making Another Guest Appearance on Apocalypse Nana Radio on 22 October

This Thursday night, 22 October, I'll be making another guest appearance on Apocalypse Nana Radio at 9:10 PM EST. The topic of conversation will be could or would the government be able to end the world? Maybe the guy who worked for the CIA for twenty-three years will have some interesting insights. You'll have to tune in tomorrow to find out. So join us tomorrow night for our usual hour of irreverent frivolity.

My Panel and Book Signing Schedule at Spooky Empire

As you know, I'll be attending Spooky Empire this 30 October to 1 November at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Orlando, Florida. I won't have my own table this time, but will be sharing one with several of the other incredible writers who are attending. My scheduled book signing times are Friday from 8-9 PM and Saturday from 7-8 PM. But I'll be stalkin... er, hanging around all weekend, so if you swing by the table and I'm not there, and you want to chat or have me autograph a book, just let the person who is there know and they'll text me to swing on by.

As of now, I'll be sitting on several of the panels scheduled throughout the weekend. Below is the tentative schedule:

Friday, 30 October

7-8 PM      #scotthorde -- Me, Scott Kenmore, Scott Marlowe, and Scott Poole tell you everything you ever wanted to know about the
                  great Scotts.

9-10 PM    Sick and Twisted -- Veterans of these panels know just how sick and twisted they get. Remember, I'm the guy who goes
into that panel with a consensual tentacle sex story under his belt (innuendo intended).

Saturday, 31 October

12-1 PM    The Author's Network -- This is an open forum where fans get to meet and chat up their favorite writers.

3-4 PM      Down With the Sickness -- A look into how disease spreads.

5-6 PM      Campfire Stories -- A paranormal story hour.

Sunday, 1 November

11 AM-12 PM     Sympathy for the Devil -- Writers analyze the rise of the sympathetic monster/villain, how much (if any) sympathy
a monster/villain needs, and the re-imaging of classic villains in modern media.

I'm really excited about this weekend, and hope to see a lot of you there.

I'll Be Making a Guest Appearance on the Wicked Little Things Podcast 16 October

This Friday night, 16 October, at 9:30 PM EST, I'll be doing a thirty-minute spot on the Wicked Little Things podcast. We'll be presenting a poor man's version of The Talking Dead in which me and the crew will be discussing Sunday night's season premiere of The Walking Dead and last Friday's Z Nation (with the giant Wisconsin cheese wheel of the living dead). We always have a great time on this show, so be sure to tune in.

Finished the First Draft of OSS: Office of Supernatural Services

I'm excited. I finished the first draft of OSS: Office of Supernatural Services last night. It came in at 72,000 words. It'll go to my beta readers soon while I work on two other projects: the final revision of the second Hell Gate novel and a Top Secret zombie project the details of which will be revealed later.

I'll Be One of the Guest Writers on the Winter of Zombie 2015 Blog Tour

I've been invited as one of up to forty-eight zombie writers who will be guests of Armand Rosamilia's Winter of Zombie 2015 blog tour from 1-30 November. This is an exciting event for all fans of the living dead. Every writer on the tour is interviewed, provides a guest post, and offers teasers for their latest or upcoming novels. Throughout the month I'll be linking all the posts to my Facebook page and Twitter account so you won't miss a thing.

So give yourself an early Christmas gift and join Armand, myself, and all the zombie writers as we put the "win" in winter. (BTW, that is officially the worst pun I've ever posted.)
